Driver HQ is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains the app’s features and service limits; it does not replace Apple’s agreement.
Use safely
Use Driver HQ only when it is safe and lawful. Stop safely before interacting with the app. Nearby results, opening hours, access, charging availability and directions may be incomplete or outdated. Driver HQ is not an emergency or safety-certification service.
Food and fuel information
Eat Well guides compare selected published nutrition values. Ratings are editorial and are not official restaurant ratings or personalized medical advice. Recipes, portions, allergens and availability vary. Confirm current details with the restaurant. Regional fuel figures are regional published averages, not a promise of a particular station’s current price.
Subscriptions
Some tools require an auto-renewing Apple in-app subscription. Available plans, price, billing period and any Apple introductory offer are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages renewal, cancellation and refunds. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Free Eat Well guides remain available without a paid subscription. Deleting an account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Basic GPS and manual mileage, trip history, trip details and edits, simple earnings totals, Eat Well guides, Settings, account controls and support remain free. DriverHQ Pro includes Offer check and its calculator, new receipt attachments, detailed reports with CSV export, and trip backup export and restore/import, along with Nearby, Search and Saved stop tools.
Your existing trip records and attached receipts remain accessible for free if Pro ends. You can view, save to Files and remove receipts already attached. A subscription lapse does not delete your data; new receipt attachments and the other Pro actions require active Pro access. The upcoming U.S. plans are $7.99 per month or $99 per year. These Pro tools are included in the existing three-day app trial, separate from any Apple subscription introductory offer. The final storefront price and billing period are shown before purchase.
Accounts and support
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not submit abusive content, impersonate someone or attempt unauthorized access to the service. You may export or delete your online account through Customer Portal. Contact info@buildsprig.com if you cannot access the app.
